How often will I receive mail from Akoots?

• We offer monthly subscriptions, so you’ll receive mail from us once a month.

Can I send multiple subscriptions to the same address?

• Yes! We can send multiple indvidually packaged subscriptions for dierent individuals to the same address.

What if I need to update an address for my subscription?

• No worries! Just log into your profile and you can make any needed updates to addresses there.

Can I cancel my Akoots subscription?

• Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your profile. However, we want you to be loving your subscription and if you are not, we would love your feedback. Please reach out to our customer service department at info@akoots.com and we will work to resolve any issues.
